Overview
- Join an established group of 3 physicians, 2 diabetes advanced practice clinicians, and 3 diabetes nurse specialists
- Outpatient endocrinology clinic care with shared in-patient call responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients who have endocrinopathies including disorders of the pituitary, parathyroid, thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, metabolism and bone disease Provide appropriate follow-up care of patients (both in-clinic and remote)
- Collaborate with other specialties (such as endocrine surgery, nuclear medicine, nephrology, cardiology, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, among others) in the care of patients with endocrinopathies
- Supervision and teaching of medical residents and students in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Opportunities for supported clinical research and quality improvement work
- Active involvement in division meetings, quality improvement work and CME (such as Medicine Grand Rounds)
- Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
- Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
- Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000
