Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Physician to join our staff.

Edmeston is located in Otsego County; 40 miles south of Utica, New York. The area is abundant with four season cultural and recreational activities including cross-country skiing, hunting, hiking, biking camping, museums, theater and much more. 

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Edmeston - Burlington Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement
• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• No OB
• A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients.
• EMR-EPIC
• Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs
• Salary Range: $320,000 - 347,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
• Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000

Job Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• NYS Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification Required
• DEA Required
