Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York, major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is actively recruiting for a Per Diem Certified Nurse Midwife/Certified Midwife.

Job Summary:

Join 9 midwives, 4 generalist physicians, 3 hospitalist OBGYNS, 5 physician assistants, and 3 Nurse Practitioners in a hospital-employed, evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities:

• LDR model with Level 1 Nursery and growing obstetric practice of approximately 1000 deliveries/year, with Albany Medical Center serving as our Regional Perinatal Center
• Collegial working environment
• Group employed model Integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record
• This position is primarily outpatient
• Hourly Rate Range - $65.00

Job Requirements

• CNM/CM
• BE/BC
• New York State Licensure
• BLS Certification
